Dates: January 6th – March 5th 2023

Location: Bikram Yoga Delray Beach and Avenue Pilates 

Meeting Times: Fridays evenings, Saturday and Sunday 10AM-5PM

Investment: $4000 early bird 11/26/22 and $4300 after, and closes on 12/24/22. $500 Non-refundable deposit must be given to reserve your spot. Tuition does not cover a membership at Bikram Yoga Delray Beach for the duration of the training (9 weeks). An additional 3 practices per week at BYDB is a requirement of the training Tuition does not cover the cost of reading materials and other equipment needed for the training (i.e. your yoga mat, towel, etc.).  

What You Will Gain From This Training:

• Be prepared to lead a 60/90 minute 26 and 2 yoga class with confidence.
• A strong understanding of the dialogue and how it’s used in teaching methodology. 
• An understanding of each asana and their physical benefits from both a teacher’s and practitioner’s perspective.
• The eight limbs of yoga
• Anatomy and alignment as related to each posture and breathing exercise in the series. 
• Learn modifications and how to teach all bodies. 
• Learn and practice the basics of meditation and mindfulness.
• Dive into the Business of Yoga 
• And most important you will find your individual voice and your unique gift as a teacher, whether you wish to teach or not. 

Upon completion of this training, you will receive a Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and be provided an opportunity to participate in The Bridge Program, where graduates teach public classes under mentor supervision at BYDB.
